The SME community in the UK is largely under represented as a collective body. Given the sheer volume of UK businesses that make up the SME community, their thoughts, attitudes and behaviours towards the major challenges facing UK business combine to form a powerful insight.

The SME voice is the only continuous market study in the UK that captures this insight.

In conjunction with The SME Census, B2Group are running a continuous market study to determine statistically valid insights from the SME business community. It provides a platform that gives SMEs a collective voice.
 
Each month a volunteer panel of SME businesses complete a set of online questions especially tailored for the audience. Responses, which are entirely anonymous, are collated to provide up to the minute insights into the behaviours and attitudes of the SME community.

This insight will be collated and documented on a monthly basis in a series of white papers that are being produced in conjunction with our research partner, Fast.MAP. This content will be made publically available to the SME community via their membership of The SME Hub, with the results being presented at a series of bespoke events hosted by the UK’s official body, the Direct Marketing Association (DMA).
